What is Kress EyePilot? 

Kress EyePilot is a new range of robot lawn mowers that uses satellite navigation and AI-powered vision to cut your grass automatically.

Unlike traditional robot mowers that need boundary wires buried around your lawn, Kress EyePilot uses RTK satellite positioning to know exactly where it is, accurate to the centimetre. No wires. No installation hassle. Just map your lawn with the app and let it get to work.

The result? A perfectly striped lawn without lifting a finger.

How Does It Work?

Kress EyePilot combines three technologies:

RTK Satellite Positioning

RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) positioning gives the mower centimetre-level accuracy. The correction signal is delivered over the air – no antennas or poles in your garden.

AI Vision (EyePilot models)

EyePilot models feature a stereo camera system that lets the mower see and identify obstacles. It knows the difference between a football and a flower bed. If satellite signals are blocked by trees or buildings, the mower switches to vision mode and keeps cutting accurately.

Smart Mapping

You set up your lawn zones through the app. The mower learns your garden layout and navigates between zones, adjusting cutting height for each area if needed.

All software updates are delivered automatically. The mower connects via Wi-Fi or built-in 4G (included for 5 years on premium models).

ZeroTrim Edge Cutting

One of the cleverest features on the Kress EyePilot range is ZeroTrim.

Most robot mowers leave a strip of uncut grass around the edges. You still need to strim. ZeroTrim solves this with a secondary side blade that cuts right up to the boundary – within 0-2cm of the edge.

AI boundary recognition guides the mower to follow the edge precisely. The result is a clean, professional finish without manual touch-ups.

ZeroTrim is included on most EyePilot models.
